Thank you so much for stopping by, I hope that you enjoy having a look around and the website will help your preparations for your upcoming wedding. I am very lucky to be asked by many wonderful couples to be a part of their day and it is a responsibilty that I cherish. Together, we get to create some amazing moments that will be with them as memories forever.

It's a very special time. As a Scottish wedding photographer I am lucky to work with wonderful couples in some amazing Scottish wedding venues. My style is documentary wedding photography, essentially that means I let you relax and be yourselves. The best wedding photos are taken when you relax, smile and laugh. My skill as a wedding photographer is to get you to do just that - I don't stop what you are doing, I will not interrupt you or get you to pose for the camera in any way that makes you feel uncomfortable.

This means you get unique, natural and emotional photographs which let you and your family remember your day in the years to come.
Services
Thank you for taking the time to have a look around my website.
My name is Ross and I am a Wedding Photographer in Scotland.
Ross Barber Photography is based near Edinburgh in the small village of Broughton.
That's me on the right and believe me, I am just like you.
I hate getting my picture taken!
99% of the images of couples that you will see on my wedding portfolio are just the same, however, I make the process fun and relaxed which brings out the best in people and creates the kind of images that you will see in my wedding and portrait galleries.
What can we say?
Thank you, thank you, thank you for taking the most beautiful pictures we have ever seen.
We are both over the moon with them all.
I don't think there is a single one we don't like.
You captured the day perfectly and the love between us and also that of our little family with Callum, as well as with all the guests that were there.
All the memories are right there in the images so thank you very much!
Sorry for keeping you waiting for so long for our response but we are happy we waited until we could give them our full attention.
Errol Park is located in the village of Errol, in Fife, just a short drive from Edinburgh.
Errol Park is a relatively a new Scottish wedding venue in Scotland and for a Scottish wedding photographer it is great to come to a new wedding venue.
It has proved to be an instant success with both wedding suppliers and most importantly couples getting married.
There are almost too many locations for your wedding photography, there are amazing grounds to explore and the rich history and period features in the main house cover every eventuality the weather may throw at you.
When you are planning your Wedding Day, there are so many things to organise; one of those on your wedding planning list will be your wedding photography.
Finding the right wedding photographer in Scotland is not easy, the market is very crowded so you must be sure to find someone whom you can trust to photograph your wedding correctly.
As a fully qualified Associate of the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers you can be rest assured that I have met the highest standards the wedding photography industry can set.
During the course of a 8 hour wedding I would normally expect to deliver to the client in the region of 300-400 images.
All of these images have been individually retouched in a post production process.
For a 12 hour wedding the number would obviously rise, probably in the region of 500 images would be presented to the client.
Yes, I have both, all professional wedding photographers should have both types of insurance, if the photographer's answer is no.walk away!
This is always a difficult question to answer as weddings are so tailored to individual preference, but if I had to put a label on it I would say I am a documentary reportage wedding photographer.
