Duncan Kerridge Photography
I have been a documentary Norfolk wedding photographer for the last 14 years and feel very lucky to do what I do. I live in the wilds of Norfolk with my lovely wife Suzanne and our furbaby Moshi the cat. We like to live an outdoor life as much as possible and relish every opportunity to get away to the hills and mountains. I'm serious about my craft, but very little else.

My photography has always been about capturing life in the moment and telling stories with a collection of images. On your wedding day I'll be ever present, but never intrusive, looking to capture the looks, laughter and love that fill every wedding. The keys to great fly on the wall photography are keen observation and most importantly anticipation - my experience of over 400 weddings gives me the insight to craft spontaneous, creative photos throughout your day.

I'm a Norfolk wedding photographer but I'm happy to travel all over the country with my wedding photography and relish working in new locations. No wedding is too big or small, grand or discreet, my work has taken me to Europe, America and throughout the UK, at celebrations in barns and windmills, tepees and chateaux, city centres and woodland groves and everywhere inbetween.
Services
I photograph weddings all over the UK and beyond.
Since starting my business in 2004, couples as far-flung as Europe and the USA have flown me out to cover their weddings for them.
You can take your pick from some of my favourite Norfolk and Norwich wedding photos in the galleries below.
I was born in Norwich.
I've lived here all my life.
I may be a Norwich photographer by location, but I'm happy to work wherever you have decided to tie the knot.
Norfolk is my home, and always will be.
I love our big skies with their glorious sunsets, our beautiful coastline with its huge variety of beaches.
A large number of my wedding bookings come from referrals from previous clients - I'm very grateful for their recommendations of course.
It's very important to me to not just take great photos for my clients, but also to be a positive part of their wedding day.
We loved our wedding photos as they really capture the spirit of the happy occasion.
He managed to get loads of great shots without ever being obtrusive.
Our wedding took place in Cambridge, and Duncan was a good sport clambering on and off the punt andtrying his best to make my husband look relaxed in front of the camera!
At the last wedding we went to the photographer had everyone standing around forever taking group photos!.
I hear this a lot when I speak to guests at weddings.
It's difficult to know whether this was the fault of the photographer or the couple they were working for.
I recommend that you try to keep the number of family and friend group photos below 10 if possible.
Your wedding day will pass by in a flash, even more so if your drinks reception is taken up with an endless list of group photos.
But it's your wedding, your call.
My usual coverage includes preparations before the ceremony through the wedding day into the evening and the dancing to give you a complete story of your day.
After the wedding, I'll spend the next week hand finishing each photograph and present you with a storyboard preview on my website and the full set of high-resolution images (approx 500 from a full day coverage) on USB for you to print and share.
A typical wedding day coverage from preparations to the dancing is 1650.
Options are also available for short / small weddings and extended coverage for longer weddings.
I offer half and full day photography training in Norwich and Norfolk to photographers of all levels, from beginner to advanced.
Working one-to-one with you allows me to tailor the sessions around your images, your abilities and your ambitions.
Before we meet I'll ask you to send me some of your photos and we'll chat on the phone about what you're looking for from the training, areas to focus on and discuss locations to shoot.
On the day we'll spend some time chatting over coffee and taking a look at your photos and talking through any improvements that I can suggest to your style or technique.
