Jenny Maden Photography I'm Jenny, a professional wedding photographer, family photographer and newborn photographer. I also love editorial work (bridal fashion shoots in particular) and have had work featured most recently in Unveiled Magazine and Yorkshire Life Magazine's 'wedding edition'. I journey all over Yorkshire, to photograph loved-up couples and happy families, but I happily travel further afield too.

Planes, trains and automobiles will all be considered, I love to travel! The below galleries contain a selection of my work, my blog is regularly updated and for my most recent commissions, head over to my instagram page. You can find out a little more about me on my cunningly named 'me' page.but in summary, if you are adventurous, fun-loving and smiley, I have a hunch we're going to get along and I'd really love to hear from you!

There are many awesome photographers out there, but it's so important, when choosing your photographer, that you not only like their style of work, but also have a connection.

George has the longest eyelashes, a deceptively powerful throw, loves shoes, dinosaurs and being thrown around! My mum 'Janey' is smiley, kind, loves animals, crafts and rock music. She is the womble of the family and loved Downton Abbey and ACDC in equal measure; a rare breed! My dad 'big bad Bri', the most generous and quick witted of dudes, now resides in heaven, but is in almost all that we do, every single day.

I'll be with you all day, from the bridal preparations, right through until the first dance or 10-15 minutes thereafter. I do like to finish the days coverage with some photos of the dance-floor antics. I work discreetly, to capture all those special moments and details.some of which you may even miss yourselves. My rates below apply to locations within a c.1 hour travelling distance (from Ilkley, West Yorkshire).

I do strongly recommend to all my couples, that advance of a wedding day, we have an informal catch-up, to run through the plans for the big day. This can be done face-to-face, or if diaries/locations prove tricky, on the phone, Facetime or Skype. It's important that I know what you have planned for the day, when it is planned for and any specific photos you want (including group shots).

Capturing family life through photographs is something I am really passionate about - and I LOVE doing so! I've also drafted a couple of blogs to describe a little bit about how I work with newborns and children. Lastly, have a list of suggested outdoor locations, if you need a little bit of inspiration on this front.

Great pictures really help to engage audiences, especially when working in the online space; websites and social media posts are proven to be far more effective with quality photography content. My style of work is predominantly lifestyle. So, if you are looking for a photographer to shoot identical stills of your products, with a plain white background, I'm probably not the photographer for you.

Furthermore, imagery can be used to bolster social media presence, to help potential clients to get to know the face/s behind the business, or help to ensure that marketing communications and websites are both engaging and 'on brand'.
