I have had one of my photographs exhibited at the National Portrait Gallery (you can read about it here). After working in the art publishing world for almost 5 years and 9 years within a photography marketing company, I am lucky enough to have worked with artists and photographers that inspire and motivate my own ambitions. People intrigue and fascinate me.

I am definitely a people watcher, much to the annoyance of my Husband who can't hold a conversation with me with out my eyes drifting away from time to time. I love to listen and I am quick to empathise with people, which means I get to ride an emotional piggy back at weddings, I still get nervous just before the ceremony! This also means I cry very easily at the telly, most recently a kids show my 4 year old was watching.

I enjoy creating images, through photography, design, film or drawings. My drawing skills are less impressive than my photography ones, but I still enjoy a good doodle! My family and friends are what keep me ticking, photography taking a close second place.

I've been shooting weddings for 10 years so picking a small selction of images for this gallery is really hard.
Here are just a few images to give you a quick feel for my documentary shooting style and film look.

Congratulations to Rhiannon and Adam who got married yesterday at Chartridge lodge in Chesham.
Family photography isn't just about capturing one stand out image of everyone smiling at the camera.
If you let it, It can be so much more than that.
Documentary photography can evoke emotions and preserve memories of more than just how you looked, but also how you felt in that moment.
Congratulations to Rhiannon and Adam who got married yesterday at Chartridge lodge in Chesham.
This is one of my most commonly asked questions at a wedding, and one that always makes me smile.
Making you and your guests feel comfortable in my company is really important to me, it helps to capture those natural moments that make your wedding unique.
So despite the two big cameras dangling from my neck, I'd much rather you and your guests think of me as a friend rather than a professional photographer.
I don't believe photography should dictate your wedding day, I want you to enjoy your day, eat the canaps you've paid for, have fun up with your guests, dance till your feet hurt and look adoringly at your new partner in crime, because you want to, not because I'm telling you to.
Lanwades Hall is the perfect wedding venue for an intimate but grand wedding.
It has 4 different state rooms which you have exclusive use of, this allows your guests to flow freely through the building giving them room to mingle, chat and entertain themselves without bumping in to Joe public!
Every wedding I have photographed at Lanwades Hall has had a real intimate feel to it.
They have beautiful sunken gardens that sit within the estate that you can also use to hold your ceremony outdoors.
But one of the very best things about weddings at Lanwades Hall, is the staff, Elvis and Alex will ensure your day goes perfectly, they make running a wedding venue look easy, and are two of the nicest people I have had the pleasure to work with!
A gorgeous 17th century manor house at the end of a sweeping drive way in the quaint village of Great Offley.
For me, there are many reasons why I love Offley Place.
It is the perfect country house for a wedding venue, offering exclusive use, so you really get to be lord of the manor for a special day.
It has great light, beautiful venue details, a stunning and roomy bridal suite, architectural history and gorgeous grounds which including a perfectly tended rose garden.
And then there is the staff!
