Born and raised in Somerset, I joined the armed forces straight from school, and served for 5 years.
I lived in Germany and served in many other countries.
Following my career in the forces I worked in various roles.
After leaving I struggled to find a sense of passion and belonging.
Then photography came into my life.
It gave me back the drive that I had left behind!
My passion for photography started years ago; maybe the day that I first got my hands on a camera!
One of those cameras that we all called 'camera phones'.
I lived in Germany and served in many other countries.

We contacted Ben some time in 2019 as a photographer for our wedding.
From the start he was responsive helpful and enthusiastic.
Nothing felt like too much trouble and he seemed genuinely excited about our ideas.
We had a pre-wedding photoshoot in June with Ben and although I am very nervous the whole thing felt very relaxed and we were completely delighted with the photos, you can tell Ben puts a lot of thought and care into his photoshoots and it really shows.
In the end we cancelled our big wedding and planned a little pandemic wedding for October, Ben happily moved to our new date and came up with some ideas and suggestions to make it special for us still, despite the paired down version of our original day.
From the start he was responsive helpful and enthusiastic.

After much demand from the Instagram community I created my first ever preset pack.
This pack contains 7 Lightroom presets that will be a great base edit for your moody, outdoor portrait photos.
My personal favourite, and most widely used "The Surround".
Used most effectively in natural earthy enviroment's as seen at Instagram: @whoisbenjamin.
They have been created and tested by myself for overcast and low lighting conditions.
Due to the nature of the product being digital once purchased REFUNDS CANT BE GIVEN.
