This website showcases my creative work, which has won me a number of awards and distinctions worldwide.
My journey in photography began with products and photojournalism but has grown into street, travel, portraiture and creative composites.
I am always looking to meet new people and team up with models to create some amazing pictures, hence I set up the Kitsch Studio for those specialist projects.
I offer several lecturer talks and workshops and am registered with both the Surrey Photographic Association (SPA) and the Sussex Photographic Federation (SxPF).
My flagship talk is Access to Photography My Photographic Journey as this lecture features a wealth of photographic genres including Nature, Travel, Portraiture, Composite, Events, Photo Journalism and lots more.
Thank you so much for your wonderfully inspirational talk.
I'm not alone in being gobsmacked by your meteoric rise to excellence in a mere half dozen years.
At the end of 2016 I started to teach myself how to do composite photography.
Early 2017 my first two composite images were entered into the Sussex Photographic Federation Print Championship.
The image entitled "Clockwork Orange" won print of the year in the competition and the second image Autumn Shades Leaves of Betrayal also won awards and medals.
Following my talk "Access to Photography - My Photographic Journey" where I show a few examples of composite images; photographers have encouraged me to do a talk on the subject.
My presentations are very informal and I invite questions, observations, and critique during the talk.
The Street and Travel Access to Photography talk is presented on PowerPoint.
The subjects I cover in this presentation cover my camera equipment and accessories, setting, tricks and techniques, useful facts knowing your rights, composing and editing your images, staged and un-staged street photography.
All the images featured were taken all over the United Kingdom, Europe, and Thailand featuring a diverse selection of people, buildings and locations.
My presentations are very informal and I invite questions, observations, and critique during the talk.
That we all learn something new.
I focus "Access to Photography" encouraging people to try out and experiment as I did - I show my early work, when I started and how I have learned and improved my photography skill set, to where I am now.
This presentation covers a lot of ground looking at multiple genres including street, travel, portraiture, composites, scapes, and nature as well as project themes.
