Incredible wedding photography for Liverpool, Wirral and Cheshire, from the least bossy, most friendly wedding photographer you're going to meet. Here's my latest blog posts, featuring the most recent weddings I've photographed in Liverpool, Wirral and Cheshire. I loved shooting every single one. Take a look!.

I'm Dan - I live in Liverpool (best city in the country) with my wife (best woman in the world), my three children (best kids I know) and a black labrador (best excuse for a dog you're ever going to meet).
I've been here for nearly 20 years, having started my life in the south of this wonderful country.
Frankly, there's nowhere else I'd rather be living!
Naturally, I love all things photographic, but particularly people.
We're all wonderful things and nothing delights me more than spending a day in the company of new friends, camera in hand, taking photos of a couple starting their married life together.
These images are from what I consider to be the weddings in Liverpool, Wirral and Cheshire that best showcase my style and abilities.
My photographs capture every aspect of the special day you've put such thought into planning.
True love, family fun, stunning scenery, amazing architecture, delightful detail; it's all there.
Naturally, I took considerably more images than the few available under the couple's names above.
However, I know that spending hours trawling through many photographers' websites can leave you feeling a little "wedding-photo-fatigued" so I prefer to whet your appetite here and then show you complete wedding albums when you come for consultation.
Cathy and Martin are two of the loveliest people I've met on my wedding photography adventure.
They're very good friends of Heather & Dileep too - (you can see their photos here) and they recommended me to Cathy.
This is always my favourite way to get new business - firstly, because it confirms that a couple love their wedding photos enough to tell someone else to use me and secondly, it's much cheaper than other forms of advertising!
Following a meeting at Church Farm, in which I basically fell in love with the place, Cathy told me that growing up, she'd been next door neighbour to Heather and that both Heather and Dileep were going to be guests.

I was delighted when Hazel and Jim asked me to photograph their wedding in July of this year and even more so when I met with them at Cheshire's beautiful Willington Hall Hotel.
Situated at the top of a hill, the views are panoramic and simply stunning.
The day dawned bright and clear with temperatures climbing relentlessly as the hours passed.
As someone who is, shall we say, follically challenged myself, I always ensure that I've applied plenty of sun screen before leaving for a summer rural wedding, but something told me I should pack the bottle in my camera bag for this one.
The summer of 2018 will probably go down in history as the one which started well, with lots of us saying, "Oooh, I hope this hot weather carries on for a bit, " but ended with just about all of us saying, "OK, this hot weather can just jog on right now."
Indeed, it was quite comical to watch guests at Heather & Dileep's wedding dragging the hotel's patio tables into the shade, rather than dragging them into the sunshine!
At this amazing wedding however, the heat was somewhat diminished by handmade ice cream, delivered the day before by car from Scotland!
